In short: a case you make your own. Add a favourite photo, build a collage, drop in initials or a logo—then preview it live before you order. We print your design onto durable shells using calibrated printers for crisp detail and colour that holds up in daily use.

How do I design my own phone case?

Use the on-page editor: upload your image(s), drag to position, add text or monograms, and check the safe margins. Logos look best as transparent PNGs. What you see in the preview is what we print.

What image quality works best for a picture phone case?

Aim for the original file at high resolution—ideally 2000px+ on the shortest side. Avoid screenshots or compressed messenger downloads. If the editor warns about low resolution, try a higher-res version or reduce zoom slightly.

Which case type should I pick—Slim (Snap), Tough (Impact), Clear, Black Impact, or Wallet?

How long does it take to make and deliver a personalised case?

Production usually takes 24-48 hours. You’ll see delivery choices (standard, tracked, express) at checkout with estimated arrival dates before you pay.

Will colours match what I see on my screen?

We print with calibrated profiles for accurate colour, but small differences can happen due to screen brightness, device settings, and finish (matte vs gloss). We aim for natural skin tones and clean contrast.

How durable is the print on a customised case?

The inks are cured to bond with the shell for strong abrasion resistance. Tough/Impact shells add extra protection, and raised edges help reduce scuffs on both print and screen.

Can I make a collage phone case?

Absolutely. Upload multiple photos, arrange them as you like, and add text if you wish. The editor shows safe areas to keep important parts away from edges and the camera cut-out.

What file formats do you accept?

JPEG/JPG and PNG are ideal. For vector art, export to a high-res PNG (sRGB) and keep any transparent areas as PNG transparency.

Will the artwork cover the camera area?

We print around the camera opening so everything works as it should. If you want uninterrupted artwork, the Wallet case shows your full image on the flap.

Can I reorder the same design or move it to a new phone?

Yes. You can reorder past designs (model availability permitting). Upgraded your device? Recreate the design for your new model: iPhone or Samsung.

Do you offer bulk, team, or corporate custom phone cases?

We do. Share quantities, device list, and artwork. We’ll provide proofs, consistent colour matching, and quick UK fulfilment.

What’s your returns policy for personalised items?

Because each case is made to order, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. If there’s damage in transit, we’ll repair, replace, or refund according to our policy.

How do I care for my photo phone case?

Wipe with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh solvents and abrasive pads. Matte finishes may show fingerprints—microfibre sorts that quickly.

Is my data safe when I upload photos?

Do you ship outside the UK?
