Common questions
Will an accessory I order today arrive this week?
Most personalised orders ship within two working days. Stocked accessories (PopSockets, holders, straps) usually go out the next working day. UK delivery is free on orders over £20, so adding a small accessory to a case order is the cheapest way to get there.
Can I upload my own photo onto an accessory?
Yes, anything tagged as personalised lets you upload your own photo, add text and pick a layout. The designer is in the browser, so you can preview the result before you pay. There is no extra fee for using the designer.
Will this AirPod case fit my exact AirPods?
Each AirPod case lists the generation it fits in the title (Pro, Pro 2, 1st gen, 2nd gen, 3rd gen). They are not interchangeable. If you are not sure which AirPods you have, the model number is printed inside the lid.
Are these accessories made in the UK?
The personalised ones are. Every printed item is produced in our Manchester print room and shipped from the same building. Sourced accessories like third-party PopSockets are listed with the brand name so you know what is what.
What happens if I do not like it?
Stocked accessories can be returned within 30 days, no questions. Personalised items are custom-printed so we cannot resell them, but if there is a print fault or a mistake on our end we will reprint or refund it the same day you tell us.
Do you stock accessories for older phones?
For most major brands, yes. The model picker on each product page shows every device the accessory has been cut for. If you do not see your phone there, contact us before ordering and we will tell you whether it is on the way back into stock.
