• Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched.
• We endeavour to meet our delivery aims, however for extremely remote locations (e.g. South Pacific Islands) this may not be possible

• We aim to deliver within 7-10 working days.
• We endeavour to meet our delivery aims, however for extremely remote locations (e.g. South Pacific Islands) this may not be possible
Please note: Royal mail on occasions deliver an item separately from your usual delivery; for example, a Special Delivery or signed for item. So your phone case(s) may still arrive by the estimated arrival deadline, just a little later that day.

Where does Design My Case deliver to?
Design My Case offers a 1st class free postage service to UK mainland on all orders.
How long until my order is dispatched after confirmed payment?
Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day, providing the order was placed before 4PM
During Holiday times, Bank holidays etc your order will be dispatched the following working day.
Can I upgrade my postage to receive my item earlier?
Yes, of course.
Royal Mail 1st Class (2-3 working days)
Example: If an order is placed before 4:00 pm on a Thursday - It will posted on Thursday, the weekends are not included so your item will typically arrive on Monday.
