Where does Design My Case deliver to?

Design My Case is pleased to offer delivery services within the UK mainland and worldwide. Our free 2nd class postage service ensures that customers across the country can receive their orders conveniently.

 

How long until my order is dispatched after confirmed payment?

We understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. Orders confirmed Monday to Friday before 4 PM GMT will be dispatched the same day. This quick turnaround time ensures that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible. However, during holiday periods or bank holidays, orders will be dispatched the following working day to account for potential delays in processing due to increased order volumes or closures

 

Can I upgrade my postage to receive my item earlier?

Yes, for customers who require expedited delivery, we offer premium delivery services to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. By opting for our premium delivery options, you can enjoy faster shipping times. Our Royal Mail 1st Class service typically delivers within 2-3 working days, providing a quicker turnaround compared to our standard 2nd class service.

Royal Mail 1st Class: With this service, your order will be prioritized for dispatch, and you can expect to receive your items within 2-3 working days. For example, if you place an order before 4:00 PM on a Thursday, it will be posted on Thursday. Please note that weekends are not included in the delivery timeframe, so your item will typically arrive on Monday.
