What statuses mean
- Paid — We’ve successfully received your order and it’s now being checked by our team before moving to print production.
- Processing — Your design is currently being printed and carefully prepared for packaging. Once quality-checked, it’ll be handed over to dispatch.
- Dispatched — Your order has left our facility and is now with the courier, being processed for final delivery. You’ll receive updates as it moves through their network.
