Can I put my own photo on a phone case?
Yes. Upload any photo and the editor lets you position, zoom and crop it, then add text if you like. The live preview shows exactly what we print, so your photo phone case comes out just as you designed it.
Which phones can I design a custom case for?
Most current Apple, Samsung and Google Pixel models, including the iPhone 17 range, Galaxy S25 range and the latest Pixel, plus many older devices. Start with personalised iPhone cases, Samsung cases or Google Pixel cases. Can’t see your model? Just ask us, and we’ll add new devices regularly.
How do I design my own phone case?
Use the on-page editor: upload your image, drag to position it, add text or a monogram, and check the safe margins. Logos look best as transparent PNGs. The live preview shows precisely what we’ll print.
What image quality works best for a photo phone case?
Use the original photo at high resolution, ideally 2000px or more on the shortest side. Avoid screenshots and heavily compressed messaging-app downloads. If the editor flags low resolution, try a larger version or zoom out slightly.
Which case type should I choose? Slim, Tough, Clear, Black Impact or Wallet?

How much does a personalised phone case cost?
The price depends on your phone model and the case type you choose, and the current price is shown on every product page before you add to basket. Delivery options and any live offers appear at checkout.
Will wireless charging or MagSafe accessories work with my case?
Our Snap, Tough and Wallet cases work with standard wireless chargers. For magnetic accessories, choose a MagSafe-compatible option where it’s listed on the product page.
How long does delivery take?
We usually make your case within 24 to 48 hours. You’ll see delivery choices (standard, tracked and express) with estimated arrival dates at checkout before you pay.
Will the printed colours match what I see on screen?
We print with calibrated colour profiles for accurate results, though small differences can happen due to screen brightness, device settings and finish (matte or gloss). We aim for natural skin tones and clean contrast.
How durable is the print on a custom phone case?
The inks are cured to bond with the case for strong scratch resistance. Tough and Impact cases add extra protection, and raised edges help shield both the print and your screen.
Can I make a collage phone case?
Yes. Upload several photos, arrange them how you like, and add text if you wish. The editor marks the safe areas so nothing important sits near the edges or the camera cut-out.
Will my design cover the camera area?
We print around the camera cut-out so everything works properly. If you’d like your image shown in full, the Wallet case displays it across the front flap.
Can I reorder a design or move it to a new phone?
Yes. You can reorder past designs where the model is still available. Upgraded your phone? Recreate your design for the new model: iPhone or Samsung.
Do you offer bulk, team or business phone cases?
We do. Send us the quantity, the list of devices and your artwork, and we’ll provide proofs, consistent colour matching and quick UK fulfilment.
What’s your returns policy on personalised items?
Because each case is made to order, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, we’ll repair, replace or refund it in line with our policy.
How do I clean and care for my phone case?
Wipe it with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth, and avoid harsh solvents and abrasive pads. Matte finishes can show fingerprints, but a quick going-over with a microfibre cloth sorts that.
Is my data safe when I upload photos?
Yes. Your uploads are stored securely for production and limited reorders. See our Privacy Policy for details on retention, access and removal.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. International delivery options and estimated arrival times are shown at checkout. Local taxes or duties may apply on arrival.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
