Does the personalised iPhone wallet case work with MagSafe?
Wireless charging still works through the case because the back panel is thin polycarbonate, but MagSafe accessories (chargers, car mounts, PopSockets) won't snap into place because the wallet covers the MagSafe coil with leather and a steel clasp disc. If MagSafe is part of your daily routine, the iPhone snap case is the better fit. The wallet case suits people who'd rather not carry a separate wallet.
How many cards can the personalised iPhone wallet case hold?
Three cards comfortably. The slots are sized for standard UK debit, credit and ID cards. You can squeeze a fourth in but it stretches the leather over time and weakens the magnetic clasp. There's also a back compartment for folded banknotes.
Are the card slots in the iPhone wallet case RFID-shielded?
Yes. There's a thin aluminium mesh between the card slots and the outside of the case that blocks contactless skimming. Your cards stay readable when you take them out and tap them on a payment terminal, but no rogue reader can pull data through the case.
